Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, during these holiday weeks will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
